Basketball is the worst professional sport. It requires minimal athletic ability, for the most part, but not completely. If you are fortunate enough to be born with the genetics required to play basketball, more specifically, if you are over 6'6," you are more than likely going to be a successful basketball player. The majority of the players never hustle back on defense, and the overall attitude of the NBA is pathetic. Players like A.I. and Chris Webber, who are phenomenal athletes by the way, don't have the common decency or morale to show up to the last game of the year, fan appreciation night, to acknowledge the fans (who help pay their salaries b/c they know they won't be there next year) is disrespectful. Anybody who is over 6'6" should be able to dunk a basketball, therefore, I am not impressed. The reason the U.S.A Olympic basketball team did so terrible a few years ago is because the actual rules of basketball are applied in Europe, making the game more challenging and fun. Boo spoiled athletes who have the world at their fingertips and choose be defiant, disrespectful to: the fans, the rules, and other players in the game.

of course its the best....it doesnt take 4/5 hour commitment to watch..all the partisipants are athletes..if you want to go shoot hoops, you can do it by yourself...you can play all year indoors and out...you can play/watch with female/males...the sound of ball to net, nothing sweeter...
