Runescape is a game that has no cheats. Im sure if you look there a hacks and other ways to make money or illegally raise you stats, but these will result in you being banned. The best thing to do is make money the proper way selling coal is probably the best non-mems way. Just perfevere and you'll get to where you want to be without cheats
