White people are racist when others don't use verbs correctly. So if I white racist BUYS a dog, no they are not racist against black dogs

You need to go back to school. it is "buys" a dog, not "buy a dog."
As for the dog color, your post reflects the sad ignorance of so many. White "racists" don't despise skin color as much as ignorance, laziness, attitude, and other negative aspects they associate with other races, particularly those with darker skin.
And your question perpetuates this association, so in reality what you call racism is caused by your own faults.

No people who are racist are racist against people. Somtimes people could be racist against dogs, like saying small dogs are usless and should be killed. But they way your asking its a white racist person racist against colored people.

I dont know, but that would be stupid, black dogs are way more beautiful, mostly because their hair is brighter, and they get less dirty than white-haired dogs. Anyway, dogs dont have a race in the sense of color, they are just dogs.

he might actually keep the black colored ones to treat them as slaves or servants. so you would have to buy a white dog to retaliate and see who can treat which dog the worse.
