Since I set up my wireless connection on my PC I cannot access my work emails remotely on my PC or on my laptop.

There was never a problem before I installed the wireless connection.

I use outlook express.

Any advice?

More info is needed, to me it sounds like you added a router to your home network. If you where connected directly to the modem before, you could basically connect to anything and additionally anything could connect to you...
Do you use VPN or some other method, did you just setup the pop and smtp settings and it worked?
I think your problem should be brought your internal network/pc support staff, its likely you will need their assistance in finding a solution to this problem.
