There is nothing easy with regard to obtaining a job. I will have to say though it typically goes to the one who is most qualified for the position as advertised. A reputable business would not go at it with gender in mine.

If two people apply for the same job and both are qualified . One is a man the other a woman the man will get the job.

The glass ceiling still exists. Albeit, the ceiling has been considerably lowered, it's still there. Look at career statistics. Men dominate most fields.

if u dont want to factor in education and color and other things..i say MAN. unless its a man hiring and a real goodlooking woman applying. then the women has a better chance i say

for a long time now, women have had an easier time finding gainful employment. the new minority to overlook for employment-----white males. this is just my view on the issue.
