When will i get to find out the sex of my baby thru ultrasound and not the amniosyntisis ew.

5 months. I'm 14 weeks as well, and the sex organs are there, but very small. 5 months is when they will do a standard prentatal ultrasound and usually you can see the gender.
Although I knew a few people who found out now because the position was just perfect to see.

Usually a doctor is able to tell the sex of the baby through ultrasound at 20 weeks. give or take 2 weeks, so between weeks 18-22. My doctor was able to tell my daughter was a girl at 18 weeks and 3 days, without any question at all. It also depends on how cooperative your baby is, and what position he/she is positioned in.

I found out the sex of my baby at 18 weeks 5 days but i have heard of ppl finding out as early as 15 weeks but its rare and better to wait a little longer so u can be more sure thats actually what the gender of the baby is it will be more clearer farther along
I guess it all depends how ur baby is laying
if ur baby is in a postion where he or she is hiding u might not be able to tell till he or she wants to show u lol :P

About 16-22 weeks. Depending on the machine or the size of the baby. Try to wait until 20 or more weeks you will get better results.

I found out the sex of my baby last week (my 22nd week). It varies from woman to woman, but the earlier you go, the harder it is to tell, and if they tell you one gender, you could come back the next appointment and find out it's the opposite sex. so i know you may be anxious, but it's better to wait a little while so they can get a definite answer. and as far as amniocentesis, some doctors get your consent before doing it, and if you don't want it done, they don't have to do it...so check that out.

Your dr's office will probably have you set up an ultrasound appointment right around 20 weeks. This is when you'd find out what you are having.

you can usually find out by ultra sound between 16-20 weeks, The longer you wait the more acurate i foung out at 18 weeks that i will have a baby girl in june!!. congrats and good luck
