There are a few episodes that i have missed and i want to watch them online, but cant find a website where they havent been removed. Can someone tell me if there is a good website that i use?

try going to www.peekvid.com they have various tv shows and movies there and it's FREE!

The uk link above says that the episodes were removed. I know that iTunes sells episodes of Scrubs. Perhaps you could see the episodes there?

YOu can view the episode on www.alluc.org
This website is not down, a bit tough to navigate, but scrubs is usually a top viewed show, so you can view it there.

I'm in your same situation. I won't be able to see this thursday's episode and I want to catch it later. Guess I'll just have to buy it on iTunes!

My house mate has been downloading it for the past week, each episode takes far too long, ask a mate to burn it for you instead. Check the usual places, eg limewire
