The times in my life where boredom didn't affect me were the same times my life was very simple, routine, and boring 24 hours-7 days/ week. It's when I am working, partying, doing new things then come home to reruns on Fox that I get the itch to "do something!" How about you?

I think it is, very much. Boredom relates to your life situation and your attitude about it. I don't find myself bored very often, but when I do it's usually because I'm in that same routine and nothing new has come along that I see as being interesting. When I start to feel bored, I simply do something else or I go to sleep if it's late at night. Perhaps my biggest battle with boredom is at work, where there's not much else to do except more work, and who wants to do that? Anyway, yes. I think boredom is relative; like a song that I know says "If you're bored then you're boring" :)

Yes, I agree that boredom is relative, but from a different perspective. When my life is busy and full, I relish the chance to just come home and plop down and do nothing for a while, and never get bored. It's when I'm in a routine that I get bored.

Boredom is definitely relative, because according to my brother, all of our relatives are truly boring!!!
