it is illegal for that student to be in a public school setting...they need to be in either a group home or managed day care facility with a 5:1 ratio...if you are the teacher or associated with this class in any way I would notify the principal and a union rep because this WILL end in a law suit and you are going to be named as a codefendant...

IQ is subjective and is not the only determination of intelligence. It's the law that you must provide an appropriate education to ANYONE in the least restrictive environment possible. I doubt you are a teacher or you'd know that already and wouldn't have asked this ridiculous question.

that'll be tough... good luck.
try to understand what it's like for him/her, put your self in his/her shoes, teach physically, like, with body language and stuff. that's my advise... you can do it! keep trying!
