Well, my favorite guitar solo is in While my Guitar Gently Weeps, but the lyrics might not fit.
And my favorite romantic Beatles song is Here and There and Everywhere, but I don't think that there is a guitar solo, but the lyrics are great.

Either "Something" (sweet, romantic, gorgeous guitar), or "In My Life" (solo isn't pure guitar, but it's lovely, and the lyrics are very, very appropriate), or - if you want to be a little racy - "I Want You" (gosh, would depend on the video!).
