No, I would never say "try anything by Dvorak, Vivaldi, or even Mozart" for that matter, if you asked for the most popular classical songs. For example, how many people have heard Mozart's Phantasie in c-minor?
Are you talking about songs that are sung? Then, probably the Hallalujah chorus from the Messiah, The finale of Beethoven's 9th symphony, or the "Queen of the Night" aria by Mozart. If you're talking about just classical works (instrumentals, for instance), then "Fur Elise" (Bagatelle in a-minor) by Beethoven is the most popular and widely known piece. Also, his 5th and 9th symphonies are wildly popular.
Mozart's "Eine Klein Nachtmusik" is very popular; also, JS Bach's Brandenburg concerti, Vivaldi's Four Seasons, and Mendelssohn's Spring Song.
I usually don't like the popular works because I'm sick of them, but the one that I really love is Khachaturian's Sabre Dance. You should hear it, it's a beautiful ballet and wildly famous from "chase scenes" in cartoons.
Have fun.

Depends on what you're looking for. Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata everyone recognizes, try anything by Mozart, Bach, Dvorak, Verdi, Vivaldi, Beethoven, Handel(he's English, so anything with words will be in English, Latin, or German), Brahms, anything before 1910 could be deemed Classical
