I have v. poor circulation + it gets better when I put my feet up or do exercise, but however long I do either of them for, it only lasts about 15mins then my legs go back to being purpley-peach + blotchy all over. They always feel cold, even when I'm in a normal room + my feet are permenantly freezing - I can't go anywhere without socks. It's making me really miserable - I'm young + want to go places, but I don't want to have to cover up my legs all the time + I don't want to have a mortal fear of shorts or bathing suits. I'm terribly self-conscious, especially in todays society where everyone has perfectly smooth legs + am trying not to let this dominate my mind when I'm in public. Im hoping for a miracle cure or some magic product, but some sensible advice will do lol! Thanks so much- please help if you can. thx xxxxxxxx

You should see your doctor. This could be a symptom of something else going on.

i dont know whether uv been 2 ur doctor, but i think he'd say that excercise the main way to improve circulation. also wrap up warm when its cold. you'll have to look it up but you should either take hot baths/showers regularly or avoid them like the plague, cant remember which lol. healthy diet probably helps but to be honest i cant see it making a massive difference. exfoliating and moisturising helps the skin appear less blotchy, and the stimulation af the skin also increases blood flow and so it improves circulation. anyway dont worry about it too much its the kind of thing only u notice.

try drinking plenty of water for hydration. have you ever noticed when you put lotion on your legs the color turns into a more healthier look? your skin needs to be hydrated. you could always try the tanning booths. i know everyone says how bad it is for your skin, but in moderation and doing it correctly you can achieve what you're looking for in less than one month! also getting some sun in your skin makes you feel and look much healthier than a pale, hermit crab. the whiter your skin the healthier it is they say (i'm sure it's true) because the darker you are the more your skin cells have been damaged, but i'm not talking about becoming a piece of beef jerky.... just get some sun... also, eat right and eat healthy food! lots of fresh fruits and veggies, and don't for get to exercise and keep that blood pumpin'!

u can ask a massage girl to come at ur house and do massage for u beause massage help the blood ciculation o increase and have massage with an7y oil but first make it a little hot and do not use hair oil
