President is neither a dictator nor did he kill harmless human beings. Saddam became funding & featuring terrorists. Islamofascist terrorism isn't constrained to the attacks on 9/11/01. President Bush has not dedicated any crimes.

Well, if he could be hanged for spying on the American people, ignoring our Constitution, pissing off the UN, turning a blind eye to underfunded programs within our country, not beefing up our defense, and bankrupting our nation, then yes.
