First, your husbands managers should be telling her this right off. They have no say or business in his personal life and she is to stop calling them regarding this. Second, your husband should tell her to stop or he will get a restraining order on her for harassment, which the courts will do as she is NOT allowed to call his place of employment. She is a bit crazy to even want to bring people from his work place into this personal matter.

Tell the managers first, and have them block the calls if they can, you can file a harassment charge, and anyone who took those calls are witnesses to the harassment. She is breaking the law.

uh yeah you should be able to get a restraining order on her. that is a good reason to. that is harassment. and she needs to stop. she sounds like a bit**. yeah i would try something cuz she needs to stop doing that. it isnt right of her. keep family issues out of the work. before he loses his job.

If the child support is coming out of his paycheck direct to her, she may get away with it.

Call your lawyer. Sounds like harrassment and maybe libel or slander.
