These emails usually come up when we have a scabble or when i don't talk to her for a few days because i'm still mad at her. She sends them and the content of these letters sometimes scare me and at times they make me wonder about her. What can i do about that?

I would just delete them. If there is a link, don't click it. Keep in touch with her. If you fight with her often, is she really your friend? If it becomes too weird, block her email address.

The best suggestion would be to delete them before you even read them. Chain mail is plain and simple an annoyance. It cannot bring you bad luck, good luck, money, friends, etc. etc. My sister and some friends send me religious chain e-mails and while I am a Christian I don't believe that forwarding a prayer to 11 people in 11 seconds upon opening a chain e-mail is going to bless me or my family. I believe that living a Christian life and believing in Christ are what will bless my family.
Why don't you try letting her know that you won't forward any chain e-mails, that they are an annoyance and your other friends don't like to receive them from you either.
Tell her what you do like to receive - good jokes, a heart warming tale, etc. (whatever you like).
Good luck and God Bless.

Tell her that you dont want anymore.. they are all fake anyway, regardless of the content so don't worry, you are not going to die if you don't pass it on to 100 people in the next 3 seconds..

if she still sends them to do.. block her on your email list

Send her one that says "If you forward this or any other chain letter you are guaranteed bad luck for the rest of your life."

Tell her so. o.O Really, if you want to resolve an issue just talk about it. It's stupid to pussyfoot around it. All that does is drag it out. Sounds like you two need to work on your friendship and your communication a little.
