Molly Fish do have very sticking out eyes, They actually are nearly blind, It is best not to have too much decoration in your tank with these as they are apt to bump and scrap into things, Some Molly eyes may even fall out,

Uhh no. Why would anyone want to do that? They can get a condition called pop-eye. Which cause their eyes to swell, and sometimes they lose the eye.

are you talking about moors? the black goldfish with eyes that pop out? they have been bred like that since way before mirowaves.
