I want to decorate my daughters room. I can't draw and I would like to add birds, clouds and different characters on her walls. Is there a website or a store where I can buy the stencils and just paint them in myself?

You should consult your daughter first, just to be sure. I remember when I was about seven I left to go to a friends house, and upon returning there was a HUGE butterfly painted on my wall.. And. Well. I hated it. I didn't have the heart to tell my mom so it was on my wall for a whole year before I got to paint over it.

A room is personal space. Maybe you could talk to her and see what she would like in her room, and you could do it together.. That way you get some bonding time as well! If she is artistic you can get her to draw some designs on transparant paper and then you could rent a projector for the day. Trace it out on the wall with chalk and have fun painting it in!

If this is for a newborn or a very young child, then by all means birds, clouds and flowers sounds so cute! Search on the internet for pictures you like, trace them on transparent paper and project them on the wall.

Have fun and good luck!

Look at Wal*Mart, Ben Franklin, Michaels, Joann Fabrics, etc.

we had fun doing our daughters room in bikini bottom from sponge bob, there are a lot of stampers out there from your local walmart to lowes, look around and you can have lots of fun.
