You go into a public restroom, they have those metal TP holders, and the roll is on there so damn tight that when you pull on it, it rips off one sheet at a time? I hate that.

Yes, that happens all the time!! Or the side that's open is empty and you have to try to rip open the contrapation that holds the toilet paper rolls - and then fumble with it till the toilet paper rips and you can grab it!!

That is the most annoying thing on the planet...then you end up pushing the stupid 1-ply around and around the roll until you have enought to wipe with...you're in there forever...and people look at you funny when you get out, like you took a dump or something...ugh...hate it!
