Brandon Webb could do well if he can regain his dominance from last year, but now that Randy is back on the D-backs, does Webb need to put all the load on his shoulders?
Daisuke Matsuzaka definitaly has potential, but can he adapt to all of the strong (steroid taking) American baseball hitters that he didn't face in Japan? Also can he adjust to a 5 man rotation instead of a 6 man rotation?
We shall have to wait and see but if those things happen then Webb and Dice-K could be on the list

Obviously Santana and Carpenter are in there. Then probably Oswalt, Zambrano, and Halladay if he stays healthy.

whats the format? 4X4 or 5X5 or other? makes a huge difference. plus which with the exception of Santana there are a couple of relief pitchers I'd take over any of the others in pretty much any format.
