wait wait wait a minute... Are you trying to ask us how to shoot someone in the head in counterstrike?
EASY: buy a rifle (preferably AK-47 or silenced M4A1), wait for a prey to come by (preferably in a far distance), if he sees you, go ahead and crouch; obviously, he would shoot at you. So then, wait for him to stop a moment<-- THAT's where you want to get your head shots. while youre crouched, just aim for the head and blast away. it works like a magic.

First of all How do I perform a Head shot someone on counterstrike if that is what you are asking then Second, Aim at there head and pull the trigger
