They're both going to sell about the same products. Just make sure you go to a store that is busy and sells a lot of make up, that way you know the products on the shelf are new and haven't passed their expiration date. Also scan the Sunday ads drugstores usually put product on special every week.

Saphora, or Ulta, here in Florida not sure if these stores are available in your area but you can always look on line for a store finder, the brand I know is urban decay, and if you know where to purchase micabella makeup you can always make your own color mascara with their products they are my favorite check them out at micabella.com

Try the Body Shop; Mac has green mascara at their counters in Nordstrom, some Macy's, Bloomingdale's, etc.

If you're going on stage, maybe you should try green false eyelashes - usually costume stores (i.e. spencers) They'd be more visible.
