Remove 0 pills from the first bottle
Remove 25 pills from the second bottle
Remove 50 pills from the third bottle
Remove 75 pills from the fourth bottle
Weigh all 4 bottles at the same time.
If the total weight is 260, the first bottle is poisoned.
If the total weight is 257.5, the second bottle is poisoned.
If the total weight is 255, the third bottle is poisoned.
If the total weight is 252.5, the fourth bottle is poisoned.

Put different number of pills from each bottle.
Take one pill from bottle one, two pills from bottle two, three pills from bottle three, and four pills from bottle four.
That's 10 pills total, so if the weight is 10.1, There's only 1 poison pill, so it came from bottle one. 10.2 would indicate bottle 2, 10.3 would indicate bottle 3, and 10.4 would indicate bottle 4

Load all 4 bottles onto the scale and it should say 4.1kg. Take it off one by one. The unpoisoned pills will take away exactly 1kg. If it takes off 1.1kg then you're holding the poisoned pills.

Take a pill from bottle #1. Wait. If you die...it is bottle #1.
If you do not die.....
Take a pill from bottle #2... Wait....if you die...it is bottle #2.
If you do not die....
Take a pill from bottle #3....Wait. if you die...it is bottle #3.
If you do not die,
It is bottle #4......... no need to take a pill.
