You probably do have a frozen pipe under the trailer-if there is hot & cold water every where else!
If you are in a cold climate I would recommend you go to Home Depot/DIY etc and purchase a heated cable. The heated cable (which looks like a long tape) is wrapped around the pipe, under the trailer, and is plugged into a regular plug. The tape constantly warms the exteriour pipe which will thaw the frozen water and keep it thawed. Come spring-leave the cable in place and unplug it-put a note on your calender for next November to remind you to plug it in.
A hair dryer will not do this job as the piping quickly dissapates the heat-especially if used for only a few minutes

First off, I am not a plumber. I don't know what part of the U.S. you live but obviously its cold there. I do know that water pipes can freeze in trailer homes as well as stick homes if they do not have a basement. There is a handy dandy tool called " HEAT TAPE '' that keeps your pipes from freezing in the winter months. The only drawback to using this product is, you have to crawl underneath your trailer to apply the Heat Tape to your water pipes and find a place to plug in the Heat Tape Cord. This material is wrapped around your pipes and plugs into your electric outlet, this adds protection to your water pipes. You do not have to hire a plumber to do this job, you can do this on your own, just follow the directions. It is possible that you have either a frozen pipe or a broken pipe caused by the cold. Again, the only way to find out is by crawling underneath your trailer. I would put the Heat Tape on all of your water pipes for best results. Good Luck to you and stay warm.

First of all, yes, the pipes inside the house can freeze. after you have every water source turned off,(in and out side) go check you meter and see if your flow indicator needle is moving. If yes, you have a break in the line and need to find it. most trailers have tubing instead of plumbing and is more readily to leak or split than plumbing. (a total nightmare) Your hot water side is flowing due to the water coming from the tank, even at a dribble, it will fill over night. Before calling a plumber, check the cold side valve, it could be the only problem at which case, buy both cold and hot valves and replace at the same time. you can usually find the type and brand of your faucet behind and in the back of your faucet cover plate between the faucet and the back splash plate (wall). Good luck

Crystal ... Yes, things sound frozen to me too. Remember, if the part of the pipe you can reach feels pretty cold, then the part traveling through an outer wall that isn't insulated well might be completely frozen.

Yes, it is very likely that there is one spot frozen. How well is the insulation under your skirting? I would stick a propane torpedo heater under there for about 5 minutes. Keep the taps completely open! Good Luck.
