Ok so i'm signed on to the internet and want to read my email, when i get to the page it tells me page cannot be displayed, you know like when you're trying to view a page offline, ok so I've restarted my PC like 3 times hoping it'll fix it and it hasn't, anyone know why?

Is it only your email page? If so, how are you trying to get to it...through a favorite or shortcut? My suggestion would be to type the address...just to make sure there are no errors in it.
Also, if you're using webmail...and it sounds like you are...can you get to the home page of your ISP? If so, and it's only when you click on mail that you get that message, I'd contact your ISP...

Sounds like the email server is down. Contact your email provider.
