It is a trick question- NEITHER would win because Men and
Women are two equally matched super powers. While various
skirmishes will be won by either side on different battle grounds,
any major confrontation can only end in mutual destruction
or, worse, mutual embarrasment.
Neither sex is smarter or better or more accomplished overall
than the other, and both are equally insignificant in the grand
scheme of things. Both sexes are weak, flawed and bound to
fail when confronted, alone, by the vast and changing
challenges of the universe.
Life without men is pointlessly difficult while life without women
is simply pointless, therefore, there can never be be a true
"versus" between then but rather only a "with".

women would win because we have the ability to lie and not forget we lied. we have girlfriends who are just as good as we are we can be evil yet sweet we are vindictive,but are able to be vindictive with out you knowing it. All in all I think women are smarter than men in some things not all things but most of them.
