Are you married or single?
Anyone can adopt a child (he doesn't even have to be American).

There sometimes are cases where a family will be chosen over a single parent (money, amount of time spent with the child, etc)
But you can adopt.

2 thoroughly separate themes. All men interior the U. S. are required to sign in for the draft. this is a factor of residing interior the U. S.. although we've not had a draft via fact Vietnam, each male is had to "sign in" to safeguard this usa. this is a factor of being a US citizen. in case you elect to be a citizen of this usa, and a few thing is needed, then you definately do it. If no longer, get out and flow away in case you think of someplace is greater effective. (resembling taxes. this is needed of maximum voters of the U. S. and human beings would desire to pay as voters. in case you do no longer like it, flow away) turning out to be the president is a thoroughly different project. you're able to be a citizen and not would desire to try this. you could neglect relating to the presidential project as much as you like being a citizen. Being the president isn't area of being a citizen of the U. S..
