No. The US will go on. I hope she doesn't get elected though.

I sincerely doubt that she is electable. And I think the US is already "coming to a tragic end" based upon the current crop of candidates on both sides. Does anyone, regardless of their party affiliation, really want to vote for any of the people who have come forward? Most of the candidates are windbags who have kept a seat in Congress warm for a few years.

I hope that Clinton isn't elected, but if she is there will be no tragic end as a result. We'll limp along until things change again. And there is also a chance that she'll rise to the occassion and become a true statesman (or states-person) who is able to selflessly solve some of the serious problems that face this country. Not likley, but we can hope!

I certainly don't believe the U.S. will come to a tragic end in 2008 no matter who is elected. Regardless of what some people think, the president is not the omnipotent authority in this country.

No I think it will take a little longer but if she gets elected it will be tragic.

Can you imagine our forefathers when they were drafting the declaration of independence and setting the course for this nation...could have seen a few clips of Hitlary and her venomous comments, sucking up, changing course, and pandering....they probably would have caught the next ship back to England.

No... even if Hillary gets the nom and gets elected, America will go on.

It would be bad, but not the end of the nation.

People that think so are ignorant.

I certainly don't, although I doubt she will do much to repair the damage from the last 26 years of Reagan/Bush/Clinton/Bush. Hopefully whoever gets elected next will close all the loopholes that are making our people compete with near-slave labor so that we can get our country back to prosperity again.

No. We made it through Jimmy Carter for 4 years. We came out as a third world country, but be made it none the less. If Billary gets elected we'll just change our name from the United States of America too....
