I like a guy I go to a program with, He helped me come out as bisexual and he is often kind to me. He thinks of me as more of a little sister than as a girlfriend. Should I A) tell him? and B) give him a poem I wrote him?

Give him the poem, then if he takes it the right way, you can say it was for him. If he doesn't take it the way you wanted, you can say that you wanted him to proof read it before you gave it to a special someone. that way you're covered.

Try flirting with him and see how he responds. If he is amenable to a little light flirting, take it up a notch and see what happens. You should be able to tell if he is interested by his response.
