To help keep your mind on the right track, try developing some new habits: Running, drawing/painting/photography, reading, exercising, hiking, you get the point...
If you think your problems are deeper rooted, see a therapist or go to yoga & meditation...
also, not drinking will help with the not smoking. Those additions go hand-n-hand.

Are you trying to overcome all of these addictions at one time? I think AA is a good start. It's philosophy isn't just for alcoholics. And the people in AA make a good support group.

I have this venture for all time. basically because I positioned on a bunny in structure does no longer mean i'm honest sport interior the workplace. heavily. And after I seize them starting up at my tail they turn round and act like i'm the obsessed one. I accept as true with you. basically tell them to ask you out like frequent human beings. i like my dad too.
