Just a bit nervous of how I'm going to get everything done and not neglect anything.

Congrats!! You're doing just fine. Don't worry, things will work out and you'll have a beautiful baby soon.

It's not that bad, relax! You didn't say how far apart they are? Mine are 20 months apart and after the first year they did a really good job playing together. Now they argue a lot! The best advice I can give you is to get that second baby on a schedule. I didn't think it was really important with my first and he was a horrible sleeper. With our second, from the first day we brought her home, every night at 8pm I would put her down in her crib and say, "it's time for bed, everyone is going to sleep now" even though she was too young to understand, the repetitiveness I believe made her a great sleeper.
You can do it! Good luck!

I just had my second 2 months ago. I'd forgotten how much new babies really sleep, so it just kind of eased us all into a new routine. I found that I still had lot of time to spend with my first--and I had so much more energy than when I was pregnant.

I guess I would sort of compare it to a child gaining weight, you don't really notice that they're a little bit heavier each day, you really only notice that they've grown when you have to buy them new clothes. Same with the baby, she's awake a little more each day, but its gradual.

We of course had a bit of my son wanting to get rid of her, but we talked about how we don't send any of our family members to ilve anywhere else. Also, he's so eager to help with fetching a burp cloth, getting out her bath tub, and turning on her mobile.

I found getting into a schedule really helped too.

Never fear, everything will be fine! I just had my second one six months ago and my oldest is 5 years old. Its nerve racking at first, but you get used to it and you develop a routine and everything works out. I had the same concern, but everything is running smoothly now. Good luck and congrats!

It's gonna be ok I'm sure! I have a 9 months old and I have another due in 3 months :-) I am freaking out as well sometimes but I know it's gonna work out. So will for you. It's going to be hard sometimes for sure but it'll be worth it!

Not sure why your terrified but don't sweat it taking care of two takes some getting used to but faster than you think you will be in a routine and wondering how you ever only had one. =)
