I would like find out how much time one of my employees is spending on the internet does Windows XP have any way other than someones history to see this.

Not that I know of. You can get software that will keep track of this and other things, do an internet search for a keylogger program.

Maybe the Temporary Internet Files Folder, have the folder arrange the cookies/files by date, this will sshow the time someone first signed in on the Browser, then look until you see the last time on that date, that would probably be the signout time, I think, hehe ... good luck

Some of the people against your "spying" would be singing a different tune if they employed someone who spent most of the "company's" time on the Internet.

There are utility programs that track interent usage. I don't remember what they are but at my old company our IT guy had them installed. If you don't have an in house IT person hire a contactor to come in and consult with you about what you need.
