[It took overnight to get a response]

On your 360 page click 'Edit Personal Photos.'
At the base of that page, in tiny writing, click on 'Photo Guidelines.'

On this page, at the bottom, is a 'No' option which you must press to contact customer care.

On that page is a mini form. Fill this out. I just put that my 360 avatar wasn't working on Answers and please could I have it back ?

They replied next day with an apology.

However, I still had to go to re-choose my picture on Answers to re-install George.

I hope that makes sense. Sorry it's a bit long.

YES, I do! I don't mind looking like I'm only 18 but I preferred being a kitten. Thank you for the information...I filled out the form and will let you know if I get my avatar back. Thanks so much.

Thank you very much, you helpful Hippo! I've tried repeatedly & couldn't figure it out. As you can see, even my name has disappeared. I know that this actually offers many opportunities to say everything I've always wanted to say - hehehe - but I'm bored now. Don't want to be anonymous any more... :(

Thanks for the info, but I haven't lost my avatar. I'll keep this starred for future reference in case it disappears.

I think I just answered this question for someone else, too.

BTW, I love your avatar and your name. And man, you have SOOOOOOO many points! You're super Avatar!

Cheers, I have carried out your instructions and I await the return of Sir Robert Clive, he is a better likeness than my avatar.

PS Well done Sir! I am reinstated.

i have considered it. it really is a good action picture, i'd likely supply it a 8/10. good scenes, good pictures, good animation. and quite cool creatures. that's 162 minutes of fantastic-ness.
