pass the ball between your feet as you run

sometimes you can tap the ball forward with one foot, and as you run the other foot will meet the ball

soccer is an easy sport you have your goalie, your defense, your midfield and your forwards. the only way you can touch the ball with your hands is if your the goalie or if the ball is kicked out of bounce. the team that kicks the ball out looses possession of the ball. therefore if your not a goalie or doing a throw in you must dribble the ball with your feet. dribbling is jsut passing the ball between your feet while running at the same time. while playing you must watch out for offsides, this means the forwards of one team is ahead of the opposing sides defense. I just gave you a basic over view of the rules, if you visit this site you will learn everything you need to about the rules of soccer, including equipment needed, different formations and a possible plays that can be performed throughout the game: hope i helped

just kick the ball softly between your feet. there is really no rule for dribbling. you can do it how ever you'd like but that is the correct way.

u stand on the soccer pitch and stand with your mouth open in a retarded manner for as long as you can. When you see liquid dribbling from you mouth, you can rest assured you have achieved your goal...

start out by going slow and keep working the pace up for a while until you cant handle it then practice practice then soon you will be dribbling pretty quick. its what i did and it worked for me! GOOD LUCK ;)
