Intelligent questions beat stupid ones any day of the week. That was what this was supposed to be, and was in the beginning. Now you get 1 intelligent question for every 25 stupid ones. But, the dumb ones are always fun to answer.

Depends on how dumb. Some questions are just ridiculous and not even answerable. Balance is key. Ask any question as long as it isn't completely senseless.
