I have an in-law in the home w/ mult personality disorder.
How do I maintain order in my home when she "freaks out" or acts like a baby, or yells at someone in the home because one of her "alters" is bothered by our normal behavior?
Do I believe she really has this? Can these negative "personalities" be triggered back to an appropriate one?
Any help would be great as this is my brothers wife, living with us, and I don't want to kick them out every day.

This must be a really difficult situation for all of you. Is there any way that your brother and his wife can get their own place?
MPD is a very serious condition and it takes huge committment to see a person through it to healing, if healing takes place at all. It's also not a condition that can be easily survived by people other than the immediate family of this woman. If she's getting therapy and is on meds, that should help. I wouldn't allow the situation to go on too long, especially if there are children around.
I am sorry for all of you.
Good luck!

If she has regular incidents that cause her to be dysfunctional she should be seeing a doctor/therapist. The therapist should also be able to give advice to those in the family for handling her behaviors.

MPD can be a real disorder. I would encourage you and your husband to be real open with each other regarding your feelings so this situation does not hurt your marriage.
