No, you can take on other valences, which are other identities complete with bank mass or mental image picture mass of somebody other than the identity selected by yourself. In other words, it's another identity you assume unknowingly.
This mechanism produces whole people for you to be and will include habits and mannerisms which are a result of your compulsion to copy certain people.
It's a false or true identity, a synthetic beingness.

That simple...but imply 24/7 effort to realize that which is "yourself" That which you "think" you are is not....that which you "do" is not who you really are, that which you feel is not who you are, only fragments of it...parts...and you are not part of yourself but "yourself". Then who you are? That riddle takes lifes to solve, in fact there is not many through history of humanity who did it...Would you take a challenge?

Impossible not to be yourself. If you lie, cheat, love, no matter what you do you are always yourself. If you hear someone tell you be yourself chances are that person is a liar, yet a liar who is being him/herself.

Just being yrself is the truth about telling others about you. Why we have to hide things, and being like others thats not you. sooner or later others will know the truth about you too. So juz being you is the best one.
