I had a job where I did editing. One time they had me put the subliminal messages in a selp help CD. I made them much lower volume than the other audio so the listener's certain part of the brain would only hear it. I dont know the science behind it, I just put them in.

I watched the Excorcist in slow motion and saw the subliminal flash of the demon inserted. At regular speed you can't even see it at all.

Check out a book called THE HIDDEN PERSUADERS. It was written in the sixties and deals entirely with this subject. Very interesting. Good luck in your quest.

The whole point about subliminal messages is that you don't notice them. If you claim to have seen one then it wasn't subliminal.
