Proxy sites exist which can be used to visit blocked sites.
These sites are a part against fight over internet sencorship and claim that all info on web must be accessible to all.

use http:// before the blocked site name u wanna visit.
Some firewallz block even these sites. In case they are blocked contact me....i'll have some other sites.
