whenever you enter your password, or in your account options, there should be an option to Save Password.

if you don't see it right off, search Outlook's Help files.

Click on Tools, then Accounts. Highlight which email account you want to change and click properties. Click the servers tab at the top. In the password box enter your password then click the Remember Password box then click the Apply box. The next time you log in you shouldn't have to enter your password.
