When i was young all the kids were out on the street playing with each other, games like bull dog or french skipping, even footie, but i think my farorite was all the song/rhyme games like oranges and lemons. what were your favorite games?

Oh we used to play all sorts of things and had a wonderful time. Its hard to pick a favourite! Indoors we used to play with a dolls house, and also set up 'home' each on a big armchair with our dolls - me and my sister that is. And we used to play board games like Frustration and card games like Strip Jack Naked and Happy Families. We used to cut out paper dollies and make them paper clothes - cut out the clothes and colouring them in. Outside we used to make up our own clubs, and have pass words and sign our names in blood and things like that! We used to play Queenie Queenie who's got the ball and Grandmother's Footsteps, Red Rover, Truth and Dare and a million more. A child like me in the 60's had a wonderful time!

Wow! Well, I'm 13, but when I was a REAL child, like 5, my favorite games were like Cootie, Ants in the Pants, even some Monopoly, even though I didn't know much of it. Maybe kickball, baseball, lots of stuff.

I loved Candyland, Operation, Bingo, Dodgeball, and a game called 4 square. Wow do i miss those days.

Monopoly. That game was my favorite. I used to play with my brother for weeks during the summer.
