Static shock is very common if the humidity is 50% or less. You can discharge it for example if u slide in the car Seat don't touch anything and take the car key firm in your hand and touch it to the key receptor ,u may hear or see a spark but it will not hurt.

Maybe you have superpowers. If you really concentrate, have you found that you can shoot bolts of lightening from your fingertips? No? Then just stop shuffling your feet on the carpet and you should be OK. ;)

Oh and the streetlights have light sensors on them, so they go off when headlights or reflections shine on them.
