Call the attorney and see if they will accept the complaint on your ex's behalf. If so, serve the attorney. If not, you can serve your ex.

I believe you serve her, have somebody else serve her of course. She obviously got a lawyer because she doesnt want to do the process on her own, and of course she wants to probably get whatever she can put her hands on in this divorce. If you can get a lawyer I suggest you do, but if you cant afford one try not to worry, Its going to be a little hectic because the thought of a lawyer can intimidate but dont be strong, and show that you are strong, and fight for what you think is right... sorry about the divorce I just went thru one and they can bring you down... dont worry to much, and do things that will make you feel good about yourself you need right now... I'd serve the Ex .. and with a copy to the lawyer via regular mail
