i have red spotty pimples on my cheeks and spots on my forehead, i am taking homoepathic medicine but it is taking much time to reduce, it's been almost 6months and thier is only 10% result,
so pls help me

Use Proactiv. It's suppossed to be REALLY good. Jessica Simpson uses it.

I suggest you try dermarolling. Many people have had great results removing their acne scars using dermarolling. You can buy a good dermaroller for around $30. I recommend using the dermaroller in combination with Retin A cream (which is known to increase collagen production and repair scarred tissue) to achieve maximal results.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

i had the same problem even tho you cant really get rid of acne but get neutrogen micro-dermabrasion not that xpensive but it works ater just sbout 2 weeks you will see a differnt but you have to do every other day like tuesday in the morning and thursday night and change it every week and it will soon go away

I'd see a dermatologist. But ProActiv is great, I have several friends that use it after giving up on everything else.

red pimple may not be your conventional acne, but rather rosacea. Zenmed has a pretty good treatment for it.
