I think it is tacky to do so. It may be funny in the movies, but it shows a lack of maturity and class. It's sometimes hard not to say anything, especially if the person is being loud and making rude noises in a public restroom, and really um, "making a stink", no pun intended. I learned my lesson one day before a job interview when I went to the ladies' room, a woman was being quite loud and smelly. I said something like, "Watch what you eat and that wouldn't happen." When she came out, it was the head manager!!!!!! *dies of embarassment*
