due to her admitted involvement into "hacking" into the club website/forums and accessing administrative areas. The question is, in the minutes from the meeting, do we use her real name, or call her "member" and leave her identity unknown? These minutes are available on our website for full view of anyone to see....

It depends on the orgainzation, check the handbook. Of course everyone in your club will know who it is, for the sake of not being sued later on by posting this persons name to the web site i.e. slander use the persons post position for example, our treasurer/ secretary whatever the case, was dismissed due to violation of club rules and regulations. No names mentioned that way.

i say leave her name off...you never know what sort of trouble you might invite by posting her name online. if she is nutty enough to hack into your website, why wouldn't she sue you? most libel/slander suits have no basis in law but that doesn't mean they aren't a real pain in the ****, especially if she sues the officers of the club as individuals.

What makes the difference is the assigned purpose for morality. If what you believe determines your choice for purpose description, then belief determines human law. "profit" is pro+fit; defined thus, if you do not pro fit, you do not survive or you are mis fit. There is pro fit and then there is surplus income. Certainly most prophets mis fit, but all redistribute surplus income.

why not let everyone know she broke your rules...??? if she had to "hack" in...that means she knew she wasnt legally or morally, or socially invited to be in that area of the website...i say dont give her anonymity, expose her...
