You have to go to a printer shop and make them replace the rollers. You can also apply a product, but it will not last long. You should not pay more then $50,00 for the work and parts, depending of course on the model of your printer.

First try different paper. Not something you have sitting around the house. Go out and buy fresh paper.

What kind of printer do you have? If you have a laser printer you generally have to replace the pickup and feed rollers at intervals.

buy better quality paper or before you inert new paper, browse the pages at the bottom and top margin. might help
