Lots of people don't read the answers, just answer the question. Thats how answers match sometime! Build a bridge and get over it!

pick one: you think .0001% slower (no insult intended), type a little slower ( i'm all the way up to avg. 32 words per hour), or have a slower computer and others get there quicker. often i have 7 or 8 ideas, so if i get beat to one of then i have plan b ready to go.

Happens to me too. I have a dinosaur of a computer, and by the time my brilliant answer posts, nine people have already said it.

I hate that. It happens to me to. What's worse is when someone asks a question I have a really great answer to right after I hit my limit. GRRRRRRR

Yeah, that happens to me every now and then. Sometimes I just put down a short quick crappy answer, then change it just so it shows up first. :-) (I've only done that a few times though)

Hey maybe its true great minds think alike..plus they are faster answering than you..had it happened many times so of course you have to skip over answering.....
