Isn't ATTEMPTED MURDER is a bit overboard?

no i don't think so, just a woman in love and very desperate to get rid of the competition. think they will call it temporary insanity and she will not get jail time.think she should get some therapy and help but not be charged with murder.

Keep in mind that she also was packing a metal mallet, a new pocket knife, and trash bags. What do you think her intentions were?
Regardless I do think that she has mental issues and they will drop the attempted murder charge due to not being able to prove what she was going to do with the items. My opinion was murder but hey it is only my opinion!

She had a buttload of weapons/torture devices. She is a whacko. I don't know about attempted, all she did was spray pepper spray and do some beating, but intent to commit murder is a possibility, and she should at least be tried for that.
