Not for drinking. Just to stay somewhere cheaper at Coachella.

Alright, thanks for the answers.

See, it costs $300 a night to get a hotel. And camping is $50 for all the nights.

And besides, one has to drive from the hotel to the festival which would be a half hour or so of time. I don't live in California, so I'm out a ton of money just taking a plane.

It really depends on the local laws and the local law enforcement agents. You definitely will NOT get the id returned. You almost always have to pay restitution for any actions your fraud caused. (i.e. the cost difference. If you are arrested you will have to pay court costs, and any judge determined punitive amount--punitive meaning to punish.
(You'll have to rat out whomever or where ever sold you the id.) It can be a lot of hassle just to save a buck!!!!

At clubs they'll just confiscate it and wount let you in....or maybe they will let you in (depends)

AS for liquor stores in Coachella....they probably dont even ask for ID!

Just try to look your maturest! and you should be fine!

AS fort he cops.....good luck on that one.
