For lunch today I stopped into a marble slab....haven't done that in years....mmmmmmm. Carmel Ice Cream...was disappointed they didnt have macadamia nuts to mix in it.

my favorite dessert has got to be this new "mountain type dessert" from gibsons in downtown chicago..
let me describe it to yall...
its a hugeeeeee mountain of ice cream, vanilla, with fudge and caramel dripping all over it! with macadamia nuts falling all over the place...the only way to even get a piece of this is by using a steak knife, and cutting it! it stood about almost 2 ft high! and believe me....it took a while to eat...especially since it was only 4 of us...ha you should try it sometimes! :)

Favorite dessert is homemade apple pie with french vanilla ice cream. Yummy!!!! Okay, now I'm going to have to ruin my diet and eat a pie lol.
